Way 1: VARIOTEC all-inclusive

For all exterior, special and function doors: You define your door request - we settle the rest. You will get a kit including the CE stick with all tested accessories within 10-15 working days.

Your tasks: surface, glazing, final assembly, mounting
Your advantages: more profit, zero risk, successful projects
Handling time: none; in exchange warranty and door pass 

Way 2: VARIOTEC CNC door leaf and CNC frame doors with panels

You construct – we machine according to the VARIOTRC initial type testing and variation possibilities. We deliver an exact component with the required construction manual and the CE sticker according to the Cascading contract within 5-10 working days. 

Your tasks: accessories, blind frame, surface, glazing, final assembly, mounting 
Your advantages: cost-efficient milling cutter for heavily differing rabbet geometries for their fabrication of blind frames. Division of work with a high added value, eventualy cost and appointment head start 
Handling time: minimal, only little need of clarification - resolvable with the VARIOTEC all-inclusive check lists

Way 3: VARIOTEC frame and door blanks in the VARIOTEC CE system

You purchase components e.g. as usual from the wholesaler's stock. We define according to the VARIOTEC and CE manual Cascading procedure the complete technical, organisational and legal operations based on the VARIOTEC initial type testing for your production. 

Precondition: VARIOTEC CE conform milling tools for the door panel and blind frame according to the VARIOTEC normal rebate that is tested and accredited for all door functions
Your tasks: Internal training courses with VARIOTEC about ITT, WPK, documentations, construction methods, applications, accessories, final assembly, marking with own CE sticker
Your advantage: Full production ex blank in your company
Handling time: approx. 8-12 weeks

Weg 4: VARIOTEC frame and door blanks in the customer's own CE system

You purchase components as usual e.g. ex works VARIOTEC. We define together your complete technical, organisational and legal questions for your initial type testing according to the VARIOTEC CE manual and the Cascading contract.
Your tasks: your own ITT with construction of test door, etc., WPK, documentations, construction methods, applications, accessories, final assembly, marking with own CE sticker.
Handling time: approx. 4-8 months
Disadvantage: high costs for initial type testing respectively supplementary testing and/or draftings of experts' report, etc.

Important appointments

13.12.2006: Publication of the product standard EN 14351-1:2006 in the Official Journal of the EU (OSEU)

01.02.2007: Beginning of the biennial coexistence period

01.02.2009: Start of the marking obligation with the CE mark on windows and exterior doors
