Quality management

Due to the international activities VARIOTEC is monitored by a huge number of national and international test and certification institutes.

Espeacially for function doors e.g. in the safety, fire and smoke protection sector as well as for elements the external quality control can be carried out only by an independant certified respectively accredited location with monitoring master. This test is prescribed by law in a lot of countries and is continuously carried out by the corresponding testing laboratories and their testing institutions for these products. So the VARIOTEC production is subject to a einer large quality control, that goes beyond the requirements
ISO-9001 certification and that is divided in a product initial testing as well as in a standard testing.

The initial testing contains all VARIOTEC production steps, in case of awarding of a licence, also at the VARIOTEC licence partner. The standard testing is carried out unangemeldet at VARIOTEC respectively at VARIOTEC's licence partners by means of the orders in production. The basis of the testing is also the factory production control (WPK) completed by the PPS system (production and planning system) with which every single product is documented in its production flow and also regarding the used raw materials. 

For the safeguarding of the general quality standard in the serial production of sandwich elements, door blanks, passive house windows, VIP and QASA elements, etc., there are further large systems and agreements regarding the continuous internal and external testing by diverse institutes as ift, PfB, Passivhaus-Institut, FIW in Germany.
Export products are monitored by IBS Austria, ITB Poland, CSi Czech Republic, etc.

Furthermore VARIOTEC places a multi-stage quality control concept at the disposal of his partners in the framework of the CE conformity.
